Hotel Comfort Holiday
As its name implies our Hotel Comfort plan offers all the benefits of a stay in a luxury hotel but combines this with the comfort and privacy of your rented chalet or apartment:
Before your arrival your dedicated concierge will be delighted to discuss and arrange for you all the elements of your stay so that your holiday begins as soon as you set foot in the valley. Ski passes can be bought in advance and delivered to your accommodation, ski-hire, chefs and childcare as well as your restaurant reservations, specific activities and excursions, guides, instructors and transport may all be arranged by your concierge.
Upon your arrival you will be met at the property and over a welcoming drink your concierge will show you the chalet or apartment's particularities and facilities, ensure that you are comfortable and confirm any additional services and activities that have been booked. Your concierge will then be on call during your holiday in order that you and your guests' holiday in the Mont-Blanc valley be both memorable and pleasurable.
Whilst each property's Hotel Comfort Plan has been individually tailored, relying on our in depth knowledge of all our chalets and apartments, locations and surroundings, every Ten80 Hotel Comfort Plan includes the following.
- Chalet preparation: Prior to your arrival your dedicated concierge will visit the chalet or apartment to ensure that all details are in place as discussed and agreed with you, that housekeeping has been carried out to our very high standards, beds have been turned down, lights adjusted, fires made and the heating regulated, that your wine has been correctly stored and glasses presented.
- Fridge filling: The Mont-Blanc valley is renowned for the excellent standard of its local produce. In an increasingly modernising world its numerous farms, dairies and markets continue a generational tradition of authentic food production. The shelves of your fridge will be stocked with a variety of the finest local fare so that you can prepare a light meal on your arrival.
- Fresh fruit, flowers & chocolates: Nothing makes us feel more at home than a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a delicious selection of chocolates and a well provisioned fruit bowl, all will be present on your arrival.
- Breakfast: An extensive, wholesome continental breakfast will be delivered and presented each morning by your housekeeper. Please discuss with your concierge any specific requests you may have before your arrival.
- Dedicated Concierge: Your personal concierge will come and see you whenever required and be on call for the duration of your stay in order to look after you and your guests, ensuring that every element of your holiday is as it should be and will organise any additional services you may need.
- Daily Housekeeping: Our housekeepers visit daily to prepare the beds, clean the bathrooms and kitchen, lay out your breakfast , bring the papers of your choice and carry out any other tasks specific to your accommodation.
- Fresh towels & bed-linen: Beds will be prepared with fresh linen and all the towels and bath robes replaced at the mid-point of your stay.
- Bathroom Products: On your arrival a range of luxury products including shampoos, soaps, conditioners as well as lip balms and moisturisers will be presented in each bathroom.
- Daily Hot-Tub and Spa servicing: Please note that Ten80's strict hygiene regulations disable spas and hot-tubs for the first evening of your stay, after this initial complete water change we visit daily to top up the water level, check the ph and adjust where necessary. We won't allow our guests to go home with more than they arrived!
- Newspaper Delivery: Every morning a daily newspaper of your choice will be delivered by the housekeeper.
