• A  welcome at the chalet to explain how everything works as well as the chalet rules; a summary of what is going on in all the sorrounding areas,  the best places to visit, rent skis, go out etc; a run through and confirmation of all the services you may have pre booked with us such as guides, monitors, baby sitters chefs etc

• 12 hours of housekeeping organised at a time most convenient to you.

• A range of luxury bathroom products supplied for all bathrooms

Hotel Comfort Plan Includes:

• A dedicated and personalised Concierge service to cater for all your organisational needs.

• A welcome drink at the chalet to start your holiday off in the right way and explain how everything works as well as the chalet rules; a summary of what is going on in Chamonix and the best places to visit, rent skis, go out etc; a run through and confirmation of any services you may have pre booked with us such as guides, monitors, baby sitters etc

• Daily housekeeping including a full change of linen and towels in the middle of your stay.

• Fresh fruit, chocolates and flowers: an elegant bouquet, as well as a large bowl of fresh seasonal fruits and delicious hand made will be present on your arrival.

• Bathroom Products: at the beginning of your stay a range of high quality bathroom products will be provided for each bathroom.

• Fridge filling and champagne: the fridge will be stocked with a variety of the finest local fare, so you can prepare a light meal on your arrival without having to worry about shopping or bringing your own food.

• Newspapers: every morning a daily newspaper of your choice will be delivered by the housekeeper.

• Breakfast: An extensive, wholesome continental breakfast will be delivered and presented each morning by your housekeeper.  Perfect !  Please  discuss with your concierge any specific requests you may have before your arrival.

• Daily spa Servicing: The hot tub will be checked and rebalanced for you each morning.

The main living area of Lodge 360 is all open plan with the kitchen at one end, a massive island unit with bar stools, a lovely wooden dining room table that seats everyone comfortably and then deep comfy sofas sorrounding a great fireplace.

There is no TV in this room (quite rightly so !) but a cosy dedicated area upstaires with flatscreen, games console and DVD library.

Being a fan of cooking, this kitchen is heaven ! huge spaces for preparation and equiped with every device and tool there is, double ovens, separate plate warming oven, double fridges, double freezers, wine fridge, mixer, blender, fresh coffe machine, fondue set, raclette set and the list could go on and on......

But even more rare than all the above is that the lay out allows one to be in the kitchen and yet comfortably chat to all the other areas.

Our chefs all regularily ask if they could please please get to work there...

This has to be one of the most amazing hot tubs in the whole valley! Sitting on the flat roof overlooking Chamonix town and offering uninterupted 360 degree view of the whole mountain range. Maybe OTT but definitely unforgetttable.
