• A  welcome to the chalet to explain how everything works as well as the chalet rules; a summary of what is going on in all the sorrounding areas,  the best places to visit, rent skis, go out... A  run through of all the services you may have pre booked with us such as ski guides, baby sitters and chefs

• 12 hours of housekeeping organised at a time most convenient to you.

• A range of luxury bathroom products supplied for all bathrooms

• A dedicated and personalised Concierge service to cater for all your organisational needs.
