Each year a sport climbing wall is erected in Place du Mont Blanc, opposite the Alpina Hotel. This huge overhanging structure plays host to the Climbing World Cup with rock climbers from all over the world competing for the title. It’s an awesome spectacle to watch as the climbers make seemingly light work of near impossible moves. Once suitably inspired you can pop across the street where climbing brands set up shop to sell their wares.
